How to open an account with AVATRADE?
To become our client you need to register. To do this, fill out a short form with personal details and select a trading account that suits your needs.
How to enter ET from the phone?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Then log in to the previously created account by entering your username and password. Then you can start trading.
What can I trade with AVATRADE?
In AVATRADE you will find over 2000 trading instruments, including CFDs on currency pairs, company stocks, stock indices, and various commodities.
What leverage can I work with?
The level leverage provided by AVATRADE depends on the type of trading account you choose. Its maximum size available from the broker reaches 1:100.
How can I make my deposit?
When funding your account, you can use the method convenient for you. AVATRADE offers the possibility of making a deposit via bank transfer, payment systems or using a debit/credit card.
How to withdraw funds?
To withdraw money from a trading account, you can use the “Withdrawal” tab in your personal account. Please note that funds are withdrawn using the same method they were deposited.
What is account verification?
We are participants in the KYC/AML procedure. To ensure the safety of our clients, AVATRADE verifies the accounts of all our users. To pass verification, you need to upload scans / photos of documents confirming your identity and address of residence to your personal account.
What to do if you forgot your password?
If you are in your account, then you can go to the settings and change your password there. If you can’t log into your account because of a forgotten password, then the login tab provides a widget “Forgot your password?”, which allows you to quickly change it, following all the instructions.
